    **Summary** Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties.

    **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    + Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.

    + Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.

    + Demonstrates products and points out salable features.

    + Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.

    + Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.

    + Forwards orders to manufacturer.

    + Promotes products at trade shows and conferences.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    + Sales experience desired

    + Manufactured housing industry experience desired

     

    Work from home flexibility will be considered.
