The AWS Global Data Center Supply Solutions Team is looking for a talented, experienced Contract Administrator to manage the ingestion of all data center, colocation and owned site contracts/documents in the lease database tool. In this role, you will be a key member of the Strategic Portfolio Management team, and report directly to the Senior Lease Administration Manager.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills that can work independently. Candidate should possess a high level of financial acumen and be able to excel in an extremely fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage the contract/document intake process

• Conducts quality reviews of documentation

• Confirm proper initial database set-up for each contract

• Initiate contract abstraction by third-party abstraction team

• Manage the contract integration between the legal tool and the lease database

• Assist in updating and maintaining process guides

• Partner with legal, lease tech and other partner teams to ensure completeness

• Support lease auditing activity

• Support the preparation of monthly portfolio metric reporting

• Support special projects

Basic Qualifications

• AA degree in business, real estate, or equivalent work-related experience

• Minimum two years in lease administration/lease abstraction, or commercial real estate

• Experience using lease administration platforms

• Ability to read and interpret lease language, understand lease terms, complex contracts

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Real Estate, or equivalent work-related experience

• Three or more years in lease administration and/or lease abstraction

• Experience in data center/colocation real estate

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently on complex projects in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $56,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $120,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
