Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Agent (Associate or Experienced) to join our International Strategic Sourcing team in **Hazelwood, MO** .

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Procurement Agent.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply

+ Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements

+ Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements

+ Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 1+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes

+ 1+ years of experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations

+ 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

+ 1+ years of experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills

+ Bachelors Degree of higher

+ 1+ years of experience conducting terms and conditions negotiations

+ 1+ years of experience working with international suppliers

+ 1+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range (Associate): $60,700.00 - $82,000.00

Summary pay range (Experienced): $75,000.00 - $101,000.00
