Description We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee procurement, supply chain, and warehouse activities within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze pricing, manage inventory, and implement cost-saving initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in supply chain logistics and procurement processes, along with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure efficient purchasing processes.

• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management and compliance with organizational standards.

• Conduct pricing analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and align purchasing decisions with industry trends.

• Manage supply chain activities, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams.

• Utilize ERP systems to monitor financial metrics, streamline operations, and track procurement actions.

• Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

• Analyze budget processes and financial data to support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve customer service and operational efficiency.

• Stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative solutions and drive organizational growth. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and warehouse management.

• Proficiency in ERP solutions and CRM systems to support operational processes.

• Strong analytical skills for pricing analysis and cost accounting.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively.

• Knowledge of procurement policies, strategies, and functions.

• Experience in budget processes and financial management.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with the food service industry is a plus.
