Description
Role Overview:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to provide temporary support in our HR department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career or looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Training will be provided, including on certified payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform accurate data entry into HR systems
+ Assist with onboarding paperwork for new hires
+ Learn and support certified payroll reporting (training provided)
+ Monitor and manage time tracking through the Aspire mobile system
+ Provide basic administrative support to the HR team
Software Used:
+ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Aspire (mobile time tracking system)
+ Bonus: Payroll software knowledge or experience
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
+ Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
+ Comfortable assisting with onboarding and paperwork
+ Open to learning certified payroll processes
+ Patient and team-oriented, especially when working with newer team members (e.g., Regina, who is still learning computer systems)
+ Spanish is a plus, but not required
+ Interest in pursuing a future career in HR is strongly preferred
