    Robert Half is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) program in Louisville. This is a unique full-time internal role with Robert Half where you'll support a range of top organizations on long-term accounting and finance projects—without giving up the stability of full-time employment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Accurately process a high volume of vendor invoices

    + Manage payment cycles, vendor records, and discrepancy resolution

    + Support general ledger and month-end close processes

    + Collaborate with internal teams on financial operations and reporting

    + Analyze data using Excel functions including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

    Requirements

    What You Bring to the Table:

    + Must live in the Louisville, KY metro area (required)

    + 2+ years of accounts payable or full-cycle AP experience

    + Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs required)

    + Excellent organizational and communication skills

    + Ability to hit the ground running in new environments
