Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee and enhance all aspects of the HR function within our client's organization. Based in Augusta, Georgia, this role will focus on fostering a positive employee experience, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving efficient HR operations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage employee relations by addressing issues, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace environment.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and troubleshooting employee concerns.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems to streamline payroll, reporting, and workforce management.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with department leaders to support organizational growth and employee development.
• Coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices to optimize HR functions.
Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with managerial responsibilities.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other HR software systems.
• Solid understanding of compliance requirements and labor laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage employee relations.
• Experience with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of benefits administration and human capital management (HCM).
• Ability to analyze HR data and develop actionable insights.
• Proven track record of implementing successful HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.
