Description We are looking for an experienced Collections Specialist to join our team in South Jordan, Utah. This is a contract position where you will play a vital role in managing and improving collections processes for both commercial and consumer accounts. Your expertise in credit and billing collections will ensure timely and efficient resolution of outstanding balances.

Responsibilities:

• Handle collections for both commercial and consumer accounts, ensuring timely payment and resolution of any outstanding balances.

• Manage and maintain accurate records of collection activities using tools such as NetSuite and Salesforce.

• Communicate effectively with clients to address billing discrepancies and negotiate payment arrangements.

• Analyze account histories to identify trends and recommend strategies for improving collections processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and collection workflows.

• Monitor and report on collection performance metrics, highlighting areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during the collections process.

• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining thorough and respectful communication at all times. Requirements • Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections with a strong understanding of credit and billing processes.

• Proficiency in using NetSuite and Salesforce for managing collection activities.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to address and resolve billing issues effectively.

• Strong analytical abilities to identify patterns and recommend actionable improvements.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to collections.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance processes.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
