    As a **Security Professional - CRE Patrols Full-Time** in **Yonkers, NY** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

     

    As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. You will be expected to communicate clearly and respond promptly to any security-related concerns, always upholding the values of reliability, agility, and integrity that define Allied Universal. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary.     Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.50 / Hour

    What You’ll Do:

    + Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

    + Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

    + Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

    + Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

    + Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

    + Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

    + Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.

    + Communicate clearly and professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors as needed.

    + Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Availability across various days and shifts

    + Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

    + A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

    + Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.

    + Must be at least 21 years of age.

    + A valid driver’s license in the job state is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions.

    + A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

    + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

    + A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
