    Job Description

    A family-owned company that has successfully maintained manufacturing excellence for 170 years is currently seeing an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a full-time temporary position in North Attleboro, MA.

    Responsibilities of Accounts Receivable Clerk:

    -Provide accounting support to clients

     

    -Process credit card payments

     

    -Generate and mail Customer invoices

     

    -Follow up on outstanding balances and communicated with customers on billing or payment issues

     

    -Monitor aging report and assist collections on delinquent accounts

     

    -Check payments outside system for accuracy

     

    -Ensured all figures, postings and documents had correct information entered and were accurate

     

    -Complete general office duties while answering and directing calls

     

    -Performed other related tasks as assigned

    Requirements of Accounts Receivable Clerk:

    -Previous experience as accounts receivable clerk

     

    -Knowledgeable of financial services and concepts related to accounts receivable including reconciliations

     

    -Excellent communication skills

     

    -Good attention to detail

     

    -Excellent problem-solving skills

     

    -Strong organizational and analytical skills

     

    -Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Work, and Outlook

     

    -Ability to perform simple arithmetic

     

    Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00/hr based on experience

     

    Hours: 7:30am-4:15pm Monday-Friday
