As a key member of the Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology (“DDAT”) team, you will be an integral member a dynamic organization committed to building delightful customer experiences at scale, accelerating business growth, and driving operational efficiencies by powering CVS Health to be a ‘digital first, technology forward and data driven’ company. You will report into the AVP of Product and will play a key role in shaping the future of Caremark member, client and agent experiences. This team is led by the VP of Client and Member Experience and Operations, who a critical member of the executive leadership team, reporting into the Caremark DDAT Chief Data and Technology Officer (CDTO). In your role, you are responsible for owning and defining the best-in-class customer experience, working backwards from it to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap using data and insights to drive decisions. You will collaborate closely with leaders from Pharmacy Services Business, User Experience Design, Engineering, and Data/Analytics, as well as business partners across retail, Aetna, and other lines of business, to drive customer outcomes in a holistic manner while breaking down organization siloes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to gain alignment, drive consensus, and move forward iteratively in a large, matrixed organization. You will need to quickly build relationships with key stakeholders and drive mutual wins while keeping the customer goals as your north star.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Defines, owns, and continually assesses the solution vision, strategy, and roadmap
+ Connects the roadmap to specific value drivers that contribute to business priorities, objectives and key results, and strategic programs
+ Oversees the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements
+ Leads their department in the identification of opportunities for product optimization, feature enhancements, and addressing user pain points
+ Defines and revises KPIs for their solution-level scorecard to highlight critical metrics, socialize progress, and consistently reinforces objectives
+ Develops relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment of product strategy with organizational objectives
+ Sets the direction for discovery work, ensuring teams are focused on continuous exploration, understanding market and customer needs, and partnering with customer and user experience teams
+ Interfaces and partners with Product Strategy leadership to communicate progress, insights, and risks across the business, specifically with key stakeholders
+ Collaborates with other executive leaders within Product Strategy, Digital Strategy, and Design to sets direction for market and competitive research inclusive of identifying customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes
+ Provides solution level leadership and sets the direction for team growth and performance in collaboration with senior leaders across Engineering, Design, Technology, and others
+ Champions strong product management and agile mindsets and values by actively communicating team wins and opportunities
+ Responsible for promoting and setting a customer-centric culture where all teams understand the current performance of the product, opportunities areas and the north star vision, and are monitoring and proactively reacting to key product health metrics and communicating updates
Essential Qualifications, Essential Functions & Preferred Qualifications:
+ 15+ years of overall work experience with a concentration in a product management role
+ 10+ years of Product management experience required
+ Strong track record of effective communication; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to convey information in an accessible, concise, and clear manner
+ Customer centric, creative, and strategic
+ Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder client environment
+ Expertise with influencing and navigating a highly matrixed environment to drive new strategies
+ Experience leading and developing high performing teams
+ Ability to proactively identify and address potential issues, evaluate alternative courses of action, and make sound management decisions.
+ Ability to synthesize vision into execution priorities and deliver on concurrent initiatives
+ Highly collaborative and communicative collaborator with experience working in fast-paced, multi-functional team environments
+ Experience managing change and in developing and maintaining excellent relations with executives, customers, operations, and staff at all levels
+ Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision, with proven analytical and critical thinking skills
+ High energy level; comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
+ Approaches challenges with a sense of urgency, ability to work well under pressure and take direction
**Education:** Bachelors degree required. Masters or MBA preferred.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$175,100.00 - $334,750.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
