    Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about quality? Join our team as a Quality Control Technician, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. In this role, you’ll support our quality team by performing inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products. Your work will help uphold our commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions to our customers.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using engineering drawings

    + Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and final products

    + Identify defects in paint, wiring, housings, and lenses

    + Use tools such as calipers, tape measures, and gauges to verify specifications

    + Record and report inspection results accurately

    + Tag and report non-conforming items to the QC Analyst

    + Perform electrical phasing tests and complete electrical test reports

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Perform calibration checks on tools and equipment

    + Submit timely and organized reports

    + Follow all safety protocols and procedures

    What You Bring:

    + Experience: 1+ years in a manufacturing or assembly setting preferred; quality control experience is a plus

    + Education: High school diploma or GED required

    + Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, gauges, hi-pot testers, etc.)

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    + Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

    + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    + Bilingual – English/Spanish required

    Work Environment:

    This is a hands-on, on-site role with time spent in both the manufacturing and warehouse areas, as well as a temperature-controlled office. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving equipment. The role requires standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 25–30 lbs. PPE and safety compliance are a must.
