Description

Under general direction, responsible for the coordination and control of company owned businesses in Bagdad, Arizona.

+ Responsible to develop, implement and maintain daily operational procedures with appropriate checks and balances.

+ Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

+ Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

+ Maintains staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

+ Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

+ Ensures availability of merchandise and services by working with Supply Chain to develop contracts.

+ Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; studying trends.

+ Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of related experience; **OR**

+ Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience

Preferred:

+ Experience as supervisor in restaurant or hospitality

What We Offer You

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently  **$56,000-$77,000.**  This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
