    Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

    Department: Family Medicine / Primary Care

    Position Overview:

    Seneca Family Health Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Waterloo, NY. As an integral part of our clinical team, the RN will provide high-quality nursing care in a primary care setting, working collaboratively with providers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for our patients and their families.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide direct patient care including triage, medication administration, immunizations, and health screenings.

    + Assist with routine examinations, minor procedures, and chronic disease management.

    + Collaborate with physicians and other clinical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.

    + Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices.

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

    + Adhere to all safety, infection control, and nursing policies and procedures.

    + Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.

    + Support care coordination efforts and follow-up for patients with complex healthcare needs.

    Qualifications:

    + Current and valid New York State RN license required.

    + Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

    + Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care preferred.

    + Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

    + Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer literacy.

    + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
