    Compensation

     

    $125,000-$165,000 Depending on Experience and Excellent Benefits!

    Job Summary

    The Senior Estimator will be responsible for providing and/or coordinating full estimating services on large, complex work, and all types of contracts.

     

    Education and Minimum Requirements

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Technology or an equivalent combination technical training and/or related experience

    + Minimum of 10 years’ previous experience in estimating cost controls and/or engineering related experience

    + Clean driving record

     

    Skills

     

    + Ability to comprehend project plans and specifications

    + Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively

    + Ability to work independently and as a team

    + Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines and process projects quickly

    + Excellent attention to detail

    + Excellent math skills with the ability to calculate and analyze data

    + Excellent organizational skills

    + Excellent verbal and written communication

    + Knowledge of engineering and space relationship

    + Must rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

    + Proficient in Word, Excel, JD Edwards, Heavy Bid/Heaving Job estimating software

    + Strong tendency to take initiative.
