Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the Front Desk receptionist for the Gage Undergraduate Admissions Center which serves over 28,000 guests per year.
+ Provide a friendly welcome connecting guests with appropriate people and/or campus resources.
+ Ensure the admissions center has the materials necessary to operate daily, conducting regular inventory of materials, ordering and restocking as needed.
+ Update Google Calendar to reserve rooms for tours and events.
+ Submit maintenance requests for the Gage Undergraduate Admissions Center through university reporting systems and follow up with appropriate parties.
+ Utilize office technology to communicate information efficiently, especially the Google Office Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Serve as a role model and mentor for student workers on the Visit Team.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience / Education:
Graduation from a four-year college or university; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Preferred Education Skills and Experience:
The preferred candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, efficiency, the ability to work with little supervision. Preferred candidates will have prior admissions experience.
