The Training Manager – Senior will:
+ Act as a single point of contact for the Government pertaining to contract matters, with sufficient corporate authority to manage, direct, and execute all contractor staffing and efforts in support of the PWS requirements.
+ Shall serve as the primary business liaison to the NET Director and shall coordinate all Contractor activities related to daily operations with the Government.
+ Shall track personnel certifications to include employment physicals, swim, and underwater egress trainer qualifications, which must be renewed every two years.
+ Provide written confirmation of the instructor’s proficiency with the material and readiness to execute instruction.
+ Shall participate in ACV Government Manpower, Personnel, and Training Integrated Product Teams (MPT IPTs) and associated Training Working Groups as requested. The Training Manager shall conduct and support the conduct of the instructor evaluations to ensure the preparedness of Contractor staff to instruct assigned lessons.

Required Skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent customer-facing and internal oral and written communications skills
+ Excellent MS Office skills to include, but not limited to MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
+ Experience working in a Marine Corps Systems Command Program Office or similar organization
+ Positive attitude and understanding of the Marine Corps mission.
+ Ability to function as part of an agile team when given broad direction.
Required Experience
• Minimum, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) preferred degree from an accredited institution, plus seven (7) years of managerial experience and experience training service members in a military period of instruction/program, and shall understand all tasks associated with implementing training.
