The Curriculum Manager - Mid will:
+ Develop, manage, and update Marine Occupational Specialty (MOS) training and maintain a Master Course of Instruction for each ACV Program of Instruction (POI).
+ Conduct and interpret various analyses, handle Engineering Change Proposals and Technical Manual updates, and ensure adherence to PM AAA quality control practices.
+ Evaluate instructor proficiency, issue certifications, and track teaching assignments. Manage NETT Comment Resolution Matrices (CRMs)
+ Review draft Technical Manuals (TMs), reconcile CRM feedback, and incorporate changes as needed.
+ Analyze ACV Operator/Operator Maintenance TMs and integrate updates into training courses.
+ Support the Government Training Manager with training requirements and assist in developing and maintaining PEI Baseline Comparison Reports, Training Front End Analysis Reports, Training Systems Plans, and Marine training for PM AAA Programs.

Required Skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent customer-facing and internal oral and written communications skills
+ Excellent MS Office skills to include, but not limited to MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
+ Experience working in a Marine Corps Systems Command Program Office or similar organization
+ Positive attitude and understanding of the Marine Corps mission.
+ Ability to function as part of an agile team when given broad direction.
Required Experience
+ Minimum, four years' experience training service members in a military period of instruction/program.
+ Experience and understanding of Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Marine Corps Order 1333.1Systems Approach to training, and ADDIE Model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate).
