Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Join our dynamic team responsible for building and assembling copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products. As an assembler, you will work with hand and power tools, utilizing blueprints to construct intricate assemblies of cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. You will learn brazing techniques for copper piping and perform finishing tasks such as grinding. This role requires standing throughout the shift and involves both individual and team-based work.

Responsibilities

+ Build and assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for cooling products.

+ Utilize hand and power tools effectively.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to perform complex assembly tasks.

+ Learn and apply brazing techniques for copper piping.

+ Grind and finish products to meet quality standards.

+ Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Comfortable standing for the entire shift.

+ Experience in assembling and production tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 3+ months of assembly experience is a plus.

+ Willingness to submit to a background check.

+ No previous manufacturing experience is required, but a desire to enter the manufacturing field is preferred.

Work Environment

Work in a very large and high-speed manufacturing environment that is not assembly line-based. The facility is clean but can become hot during summer months due to lack of temperature control. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.82 - $20.50/hr.
