Maintenance Technician – Industrial Forging Facility (Georgetown, KY)

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be at the heart of a high-performance operation that produces over30% of all crankshafts in the U.S. automotive market. What You’ll Do

+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial machinery and automation systems

+ Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, electrical systems, and mechanical components

+ Work with3-phase motorsand480V electrical systems

+ Interpret and apply blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation

+ Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal performance

+ Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency

What You Bring

+ 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance

+ Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

+ Proven ability to troubleshoot PLCs and complex electrical systems

+ Experience with3-phase motors,480V systems, and automated machinery

+ Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics

+ Welding experience is a plus, but not required

Work Environment

This is a hot and physically demanding environment typical of forging operations. You’ll need to stay hydrated and alert during 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule:

+ Week A:Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday

+ Week B:Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $65520.00/yr.
