Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New York provides programs and services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses.Located at our main campus in Red Hook, NY, this position is responsible for managing all aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process. They will work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creatively source for open positions, and develop proactive recruiting techniques and programs that are consistent with Devereux’s mission, goals, core values and image. The Recruiter willevaluate candidates' experience and qualifications, and pre-screencandidatestodeterminea fit for operational needs. They will identifyalternate applicant sources,analyze the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, as well as opportunities for maximizing financial and human resources. The Recruiter will also develop job postings and recruitment materials for use in local and national markets, enhance resource/source relations, research certification/reciprocity requirement fordesignatedprofessional roles, andestablish and maintain recruitment networks.In addition, they will contribute to building theCenter’s and Devereux’sreputation as a quality employer through positive, professional interactions with candidates and will effectively and consistently utilize iCIMSto manage applicant data, andmonitoroutcomes and recruitment activities.
**Salary:** (commensurate with education and experience)
With Bachelors: $22.50 - $24.07 per hour
With Masters: $23.50 - $25.14 per hour

Qualifications
**Education:** BA/BS or 3+ years of H.R. experience, preferably in recruiting.
**Experience** **:** Preferredexperience includesa minimum of twoyearshigh-volume recruitment, preferably in a behavioral healthcare / human service environment.Requires demonstrated proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate sourcing, including internet mining, cold calling and direct recruiting, as well as superior customer services skills. Requires ability to effectively partner with operations staff, and strongproject management and analytical skills. Mustbe able toworkeffectively inafast changingenvironment.
