    Director, Sales Executive

     

    What does a successful Director Sales Executive do?

     

    A successful Financial Services Sales Executive at Fiserv is dedicated to expanding our market share within the Large Financial Institution sector. They drive business and value-driven solution sales activities, leveraging their financial knowledge to deliver Fiserv’s top-tier services. This role requires persistence, excellent presentation skills, and an ability to build lasting client relationships to achieve sales targets and promote Fiserv’s innovative solutions effectively.

    What you will do:

    + Generate leads and drive profitable revenue by selling Fiserv Card Services solutions within designated territories or assigned accounts.

    + Develop and execute strategies, tactics, and account plans to identify, qualify, and secure new Fiserv clients.

    + Manage the effective and rapid movement of leads through the sales process.

    + Leverage executive-level contacts to develop greater account coverage and create demand.

    + Secure funding for future customer initiatives by linking Fiserv’s solutions to client’s business issues.

    + Develop unsolicited proposals to create customer demand and measure the impact of proposed business improvements.

    + Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting in the eCRM system.

    What you will need to have:

    + 8+ years of experience in solution sales within Financial Services and Payments.

    + 8+ years of experience selling complex solutions into large financial institutions.

    + 8+ years of experience working in large matrix organizations with hundreds of products/services.

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.

    What would be great to have:

    + 10+ years of experience in driving sales strategies to meet sales targets.

    + 9+ years of experience articulating solutions in terms of ROI and selling business value.

    + 11+ years of experience in managing client expectations and building long-term business relationships.

    + 11+ years of experience in leveraging industry networks to stay current on emerging market trends.

    + 12+ years of experience in expeditiously closing business and qualifying potential clients.
