What You'll Do

+ Lead complex dryer vent cleaning, reroutes, installations, and repairs

+ Troubleshoot problems and offer expert, field-based solutions

+ Work independently or in teams on residential and large multifamily sites

+ Communicate clearly and confidently with customers

+ Serve as a mentor to junior techs and help uphold VentMasters standards

+ Represent our brand with excellence, professionalism, and pride

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned technician who is:

+ Skilled in using tools and reading vent layouts or blueprints

+ A natural leader — dependable, positive, coachable, and communicative

+ Professional in front of customers — clear, courteous, and solution-focused

+ Licensed to drive with a clean record

+ Able to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule (Saturdays required)
