    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Refrigeration Mechanics** for projects located in and around **Midlothian, VA** . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **up to $30/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Daily Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Repair of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment

    + Changing Motors and Replacing Bearings, Belts, Filters, and Charging Refrigeration Systems

    + Perform Mechanical Overhauls and Refrigerant Reclaiming

    + Test Lines, Components, and Connections for Leaks

    + Troubleshooting Electrical Control Circuits

    + Adjust or Replace Worn or Defective Mechanism and Parts

    + Apply Knowledge of Equipment to Devise Appropriate Repairs

    Requirements:

    + Minimum of 3 Years of Repairing and Troubleshooting Equipment in a Commercial and/or Industrial Environment

    + Able to Read and Interpret Blueprints, Manufacturers Operating Manuals

    + Open to Working Off-Shifts and Be on Call

    + Standard PPE

    + Hight School Diploma or GED

    + Trade School Background and/or Certifications

    + Able to Think ahead and Plan Troubleshooting Route Prior to Work

    + Intermediate Analytical Skills

    + Pass Drug Screen, Background Check, and Written Exam
