Express Employment in Platteville WI has partnered with a local business in** **SHULLSBURG WI** **to search for a candidate to support their business in a Maintenance Trainee. This is a full-time position.
Job Description:
Join a team at a leading cheese production facility in Shullsburg as a **Maintenance Trainee.** This is a hands-on, long-term opportunity with potential to grow into a **Maintenance Technician** role, earning up to $30/hour. Training begins on 1st shift, with future shift flexibility required.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist with maintenance of cheese processing and packaging equipment
+ Learn and perform preventative maintenance tasks
+ Support senior technicians with repairs and troubleshooting
+ Maintain clean and safe work areas
+ Occasionally work Saturdays during special projects
Qualifications:
+ Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic
+ Willing to work different shifts after training
+ Industrial or mechanical experience is a plus
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Occasional weekends)
