**Compensation:** $25-$35/hour, based on experience

Job Description:

Express Employment has partnered with a local company in Dubuque, IA, to search for an experienced Mason. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in masonry work and will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures made of brick, block, and stone.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Construct and repair structures made of brick, block, and stone.

+ Read and interpret blueprints and plans.

+ Mix mortar and grout, and spread it onto a slab or foundation.

+ Lay bricks, blocks, or stones according to plans.

+ Ensure the structural integrity and aesthetics of the masonry work.

+ Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time.

Qualifications:

+ 3-5 years of experience in masonry work.

+ Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.

+ Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.

+ Good communication and teamwork skills.
