    Job Overview

    Role and Responsibilities

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the production area.

    + Load and unload materials from machines, carts, and dollies.

    + Store and stack materials in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    + Move materials in and out of the warehouse as needed.

    + Assist with picking, packing, and performing quality control checks.

    + Accurately measure materials according to engineering drawings.

    + Ensure all work meets product specifications and quality standards.

    + Clearly and accurately mark parts for identification.

    + Follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.

    + Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

    + Basic math skills, including ability to work with fractions and measurements.

    + Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.

    Preferred Skills and Abilities

    + Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

    + Well-organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.

    + Comfortable standing for extended periods.

    + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions.

    + Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.

    + Skilled in the safe and effective use of hand tools.
