    The Opportunity

     

    We’re launching a dedicated Door-to-Door Residential S ales team in partnership with Kinetic by Windstream, bringing ultra-fast fiber Internet and communications services to neighborhoods across your region. If you’re a motivated, goal-oriented professional who loves meeting people where they live, this role is built for you.

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Engage residential customers face-to-face through door-to-door canvassing and local events to promote Kinetic’s fiber internet products and services.

    + Leverage a territory lead list and your own prospecting to build a robust sales funnel.

    + Identify customer needs, tailor solutions, and close sales while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

    + Visit prospects to process orders, ensure service activation, and follow up for referrals.

    + Maintain accurate records in Sales Rabbit and participate in weekly team huddles to share best practices and track goals.

    + Represent OSL and Kinetic with optimism, empathy, and integrity at every doorstep.

    + Outgoing relationship-builder who is energized by helping people.

    + Strong time-management and organizational skills; comfortable working independently.

    + Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.

    + F lexible full-time schedule that includes availability on evenings and select weekends.

    + Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and covering varied terrain.

    + Sales, customer-service , hospitality, or canvassing experience is an asset.

     

    Physical & Technical Requirements

     

    + Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.

    + Proficiency with mobile devices (iPad/iPhone) and CRM software.

     

    Compensation Structure

     

    + Base salary + uncapped commission paid per service unit activated.

    + Additional incentives, contests, and referral bonuses available .
