    Are you ready to play a pivotal role in enhancing healthcare systems? Novant Health is seeking a Dimensions Application Analyst Sr to optimize and support critical applications that improve patient care and operational efficiency.

     

    Full-time, 40 hours/week - Remote (within our approved hiring footprint)

     

    May be required to be onsite for go-live projects

    Qualifications

    + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

    + Experience: Minimum three years relevant information experience, required.

    + Licensure/Certification: Obtain application system certification; pass all certifications within three attempts for each test or project, required.

    + Additional Skills (required):

    + Proficient with workflows, application product function, design and build expertise. Strong analytical skills for new functions, problem resolution and support of the application product. Proficient in ITS processes to include but not limited to analysis, design, build, and testing and change control. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.

    + For NMG DPS Billing Supp-NonTech:

    + Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing; understands and can apply knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, patient attribution, HEDIS and other quality details, and federal and state regulatory requirements; ability to analyze and resolve issues at a detailed level, researching requests for reports, data reconciliation, data distribution and user support. Ability to work efficiently and accurately, and to plan and organize work. Ability to travel to other Novant Health facilities on occasion.
