    Department: Robinhood Pediatrics

     

    Full Time: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

    We are seeking an experienced Clinical Administrator to lead and coordinate the full spectrum of operational activities across physician practices. This high-impact role involves managing complex administrative responsibilities such as billing, collections, and new practice start-ups. You will oversee moderately complex practices with multiple providers, staff, and locations—ensuring clinical and operational excellence across a larger geographical footprint.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and coordination for all practice operations.

    + Direct complex administrative functions including billing, collections, and compliance processes.

    + Lead special projects such as practice launches and expansion initiatives, as directed by system administration.

    + Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and support staff to ensure smooth workflows, outstanding patient care, and financial performance.

    + Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

    + Ensure practices meet quality benchmarks and adhere to regulatory requirements.

    What You’ll Bring:

    + Proven leadership experience in healthcare practice management (moderate to high complexity preferred).

    + Expertise in revenue cycle functions, healthcare regulations, and performance metrics.

    + Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.

    Qualifications

    + Education: Must meet one of the following: Four year Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree with four years of relevant professional experience; or eight years of relevant professional experience.

    + Experience:

    + Three years of leadership experience required

    + One-plus years of practice manager experience preferred

    + Additional Skills (required): Knowledge of health care administration and clinic philosophy and policies and operating procedures. Knowledge of fiscal management systems and techniques. Knowledge of human resource management practices including supervision and staff development. Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements. Knowledge of computer systems and applications. Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving, decision making. Demonstrates strong leadership skills and develops and maintains skill in organizing work to achieve clinic goals and objectives. Ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Ability to research and prepare comprehensive reports. Ability to monitor quality control standards. Ability to communicate clearly.
