Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring Pharmacists in Nevada! This role is work from home and all equipment is provided. Please note you must reside within Nevada for consideration. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.
This is a **remote, full-time contract role** open to applicants who **reside in Nevada.**
This position is ideal for pharmacists who thrive in a fast-paced, call center-style environment and enjoy applying clinical criteria to real-time benefit decisions.
Position Details
• **Type:** 6-Month Contract (potential to extend)
• **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts between **5:00AM–12:00AM local time**
• **Pay:** $59 to $63
• **Start Date:** August 25
• **Training:** 5 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM local time (paid)
• **Must be flexible** to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Key Responsibilities
• Review prior authorization requests and make clinical coverage determinations
• Communicate with providers to clarify clinical information and explain determinations
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and commercial plan guidelines
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and medical directors on final decisions
• Accurately document all cases and manage a high volume of reviews
• Support cost-effective, safe, and evidence-based patient care
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Doctorate of Pharmacy
• Active, unrestricted U.S. pharmacist license (any state)
• At least 6 months of healthcare or call center customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and able to navigate multiple systems
• Reliable high-speed internet and secure home workspace
• Strong communication, time management, and attendance

**Pay Details:** $59.00 to $63.00 per hour
