    Adecco is assisting a large organization with their need to hire a Assistant Maintenance Supervisor in their Wichita, KS location.

    Salary Range:

    $58,000.00 To $62,000.00 Annually Salary DOE

    Work Schedule:

    Monday through Saturday. 1st shift schedule, 5am to 3pm.

    Overview:

    This position will be on call when the supervisor is working in another plant (typically every 2 weeks). If maintenance techs need assistance outside regular work hours, this position is responsible to ensure they have support to maintain the plant operation and may be called in earlier or asked to stay later.

     

    On the average, you will work 45-50 hours a week when the supervisor is in another plant.

    Seeking general skills to maintain production equipment, building and surrounding area:

    + Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing facility machinery when needed

    + Work with vendors to repair or install new equipment

    + Start up and shut down of plant machinery

    + Assist maintenance techs with general repair issues

    + Some knowledge of electricity

    + Computer skills – ordering supplies and tracking inventory

    + Safety awareness

    + At least 1 year of supervisory experience of 3-4 employees

    **Pay Details:** $58,000.00 to $62,000.00 per year
