Exciting Opportunity: HVAC Regional Vice President– HVAC Company
**Location:** Connecticut (with travel to Massachusetts, Florida, New Jersey, and other locations as needed)
**Salary Range:** $150K - $175K + Performance-Based Bonus + Unlimited PTO

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a **well-established** and **highly respected** HVAC company as a **Regional Vice President** ! With multiple locations across the U.S., this is your chance to oversee operations, drive sales, and provide strategic direction to help us continue to grow.
In this critical role, you'll manage operations within your region, primarily based in **Connecticut** , but with the flexibility to travel to other key locations, including **Massachusetts, Florida, New Jersey** , and more, as needed. Key Responsibilities:
+ **Oversee Operations:** Manage and streamline operations at multiple HVAC locations, ensuring consistent and high-quality service across your region.
+ **Drive Revenue Growth:** Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, boost profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
+ **Provide Strategic Reporting:** Generate detailed performance reports, analyzing sales, operational efficiency, and market trends to provide actionable insights to upper management.
+ **Leadership & Team Management:** Lead, coach, and develop local teams to achieve performance goals, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure employee engagement.
+ **Market Expansion & Client Relations:** Identify business opportunities, strengthen relationships with key clients, and position the company as a leader in the HVAC industry.
+ **Travel:** Travel to various locations including Massachusetts, Florida, New Jersey, and other areas as needed to provide support, oversee quality standards, and implement regional strategies.
Qualifications:
+ **Extensive HVAC Knowledge:** A strong background in HVAC systems, technology, and industry best practices.
+ **Proven Leadership Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management or director role within HVAC or a related industry.
+ **Revenue-Driven Mindset:** Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, manage budgets, and have a strong understanding of P&L management.
+ **Travel Flexibility:** Ability and willingness to travel to various locations including Massachusetts, Florida, New Jersey, and more.
+ **Excellent Communication Skills:** Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, local teams, and clients, and influence key decisions.
