Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM–4:15 PM

Start times may vary: 6:45 AM, 7:00 AM, or 7:15 AM

About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

+ Process investor transactions and respond to online account inquiries

+ Handle phone-based transactions (purchases, redemptions, exchanges)

+ Guide investors based on their account goals

+ Troubleshoot website and platform issues

+ Deliver clear, goal-oriented service across all touchpoints

Qualifications

+ Minimum 1 year in a customer service role (call center experience strongly preferred)

+ Career-minded with strong work ethic and self-management skills

+ Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

+ Compassionate, empathetic, and patient

+ High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)

+ Willingness to study for and pass the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam

+ Study time is unpaid and outside work hours

+ Company covers exam fees and study materials

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
