$21.00 - $25.00 / hour

What will you do?

+ Maintain unit’s employee files by verifying paperwork is received, alphabetizing, filing document, and auditing files as needed

+ Track training on Excel and ensure compliance with all training standards

+ Assist with answering all HR inquiries by phone and in-person

+ Set up training sessions and hiring events

+ Assist with new hire orientation and conduct trainings as needed

+ Assist with completing I9 documents and other new hire paperwork

+ Help with team members engagement projects, including the completion of the unit’s newsletter and other fun activities to engage and motivate team members

+ Create a welcoming environment in HR, responding to all inquiries and questions, answering phone calls and responding to emails

+ Other duties as assigned

More about you

+ Bachelor's degree or some college strongly preferred

+ Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word

+ Strong organization skills to manage employee records, coordinate trainings and handle employeed inquiries

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to help support employee needs

+ Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining strict confidentiality

+ Strong Attention to detail

+ Willingness and enthusiasm to help with a variety of tasks and projects as they arise
