    Description

    Responsibilities:

    * Assist in running assigned zone for all materials and area assigned\.

    * Conduct morning start up meetings to emphasize safety, set goals, and communicate weekly work plans in zone\.

    * Train and provide guidance to hourly employees within a zone of operation\.

    * Manage fulfillment needs of daily production schedules and any schedule revisions for materials within zones of responsibility\.

    * Participate in monthly safety audits and implement solutions based on identified gaps\.

    * Track and input of metrics for assigned zone\.

    * Assist team members with troubleshooting and problem\-solving issues\.

    * Assist in identifying areas of improvement and support proper implementation\.

    * Ensure all company supplied tools and equipment used are properly stored at the end of each shift by reviewing daily inspection sheets for vehicles and PIT equipment\.

    * Execute and maintain acceptable performance standards for fulfillment, quality, safety, and housekeeping

    Qualifications

    * Education: High School Diploma or GED required

    * Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required, experience in warehouse environment required

    * Software knowledge: MRP, SAP, WMS, YMS, and Microsoft experience preferred
