The Analyst, Demand Planning (Casino) plays a key role within the Sales Demand Planning team, ensuring accurate and reliable demand and sales data for key casino accounts. This individual leads the forecasting process—managing both routine and exception scenarios—while collaborating closely with production, sales, and finance to ensure alignment from program initiation through fulfillment. By maintaining clear communication and precise planning, the analyst helps drive optimized OTIF (On Time/In Full) performance. Reporting directly to the VP of Demand Planning & Analytics, this role is critical to supporting sustained revenue growth in the gaming channel.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Model and own item-level demand forecasts for key customer accounts utilizing Excel, statistical modeling methods, and BI Tools for short and long-term time horizons
+ Collaborate with customers (e.g., CPFR/VMI) and Sales to validate forecasts and manage exceptions
+ As a key input into the S&OP process, translate forecasts into actionable plans by partnering with Supply Chain, Production, and Finance to align supply, capacity, inventory, and revenue projections
+ Work to align Shipment and Financial forecasting by account and product
+ Track and communicate forecast performance through KPIs like forecast accuracy, OTIF, and inventory turns, escalating risks and opportunities
+ Support new product launches and lifecycle transitions by forecasting demand, coordinating timing, and managing associated uncertainty
Key Performance Outcomes:
+ Maximum On Time/In Full order management
+ Manage forecast accuracy within predetermined range
+ Partner Scorecard Metrics related to inventory management
We’re looking for a Data Oriented Analyst, Demand Planning (Casino) with:
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years of relevant experience (casino/gaming industry a plus)
+ Expertise in demand forecasting and continuous process improvement
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and SAP
+ Team-oriented, growth-driven, and comfortable in a hybrid open-office environment

Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires the ability to:
+ Move throughout the entire facility to attend to various issues
+ Work effectively in teams across functional groups with strong communication skills and the ability to lead
+ Perform sedentary work on various computer systems
+ This Analyst, Demand Planning (Casino) position is located on-site
