Position Description

+ Submit Auto, GL, WC Claims to Insurance Carriers

+ Investigate and manage claims, including reviewing documentation and data entry

+ Collaborate with other departments to process claims efficiently and effectively

+ Communicate claims status to upper management

+ Maintain accurate and organized records of all claims processed

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

+ 2 year's experience in claims processing

+ Knowledge of Viewpoint software a plus

+ Bachelor's degree preferred

+ Strong communications skills and the ability to work within a team environment

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
