Corporate Insurance Coordinator II
Role Overview:The Corporate Insurance Coordinator II is responsible for supporting the insurance department by managing key administrative and operational tasks. This role includes invoice processing, board support, calendar coordination, and maintaining accurate insurance records.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process invoices for both commercial insurance and captive insurance payments accurately and timely.
+ Provide support for board management activities, including preparation and coordination.
+ Coordinate and manage leadership calendars to ensure smooth scheduling and time management.
+ Collect, organize, and prepare materials needed for presentations and meetings.
+ Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the statement of values documentation.
+ Maintain an organized filing system for general correspondence and important insurance documents.
+ Update and maintain the risk management database to ensure accurate and current policy and claims information.

Qualifications
+ Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. High School or GED, required.
+ Experience:
+ One year Property Casualty experience, preferred.
+ Two years Healthcare setting or Insurance office experience, preferred.
+ Licensure/Certification: CISR, preferred.
+ Additional Skills (required):
+ Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills
+ Understanding of the principles of property and casualty insurance, i.e., concepts and terminology
+ Experience with insurance renewal process, premium invoicing, and policy maintenance
+ Familiarity with Certificates of Insurance, ability to understand, obtain and file appropriately
+ Above average computer skills, skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
+ Minimum typing speed of 55 wpm.
+ Must have superior organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
