CRM Residential is seeking acareer-minded and energetic Community Managerfor an affordable apartment community. The ideal candidate is fluent inSpanishand brings strong experience withHUD/Tax Credit programs. Responsibilities
+ Oversee day-to-day operations of the property
+ Supervise and lead on-site team members
+ Handle marketing, leasing, and resident relations
+ Collect rent and manage delinquencies
+ Conduct regular inspections and ensure property standards
+ Oversee vendor contracts, purchasing, and invoice approvals
+ Manage recertification processes and compliance
+ Address resident concerns professionally and promptly
+ Other duties as assigned
Requirements
+ Fluent in Spanish(required)
+ Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Community Manager
+ HUD/Section 8 andTax Credit (LIHTC)experience is required
+ Proven leadership and team management skills
+ Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
+ Problem-solver with innovative thinking
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Experience with RealPage OneSite (preferred)
+ ARM certification is a plus
