Job Description
You will provide advanced technical expertise, real-time troubleshooting, and proactive solutions for complex networking environments. This position will allow you to drive customer success, enhance their network performance, and deliver tangible business outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering advanced troubleshooting and technical consulting for Managed Services customers.
Supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of Managed Service offerings, focusing on network performance, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, and account managers) to provide world-class support.
Serving as a technical escalation point for high-impact and complex customer issues.
Analyzing and resolving technical challenges for the enterprise's technologies, including but not limited to routing, switching and wireless.
Developing and sharing best practices, playbooks, and automation tools to improve service delivery efficiency.
Participating in customer-facing engagements such as incident reviews, design consultations, and service improvement discussions.
Maintaining a strong understanding of the Managed Services portfolio and aligning technical solutions to customer needs.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in technical support, consulting, or managed services.
Expertise in Cisco technologies, including routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), switching (VLANs, STP), and Wireless
Strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, NetFlow, and packet analyzers.
Knowledge of automation and scripting technologies (Python, Ansible, API integrations) is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and lead technical conversations with diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications:
CCIE Certification (Active) in any track (e.g., Routing & Switching, Security, Collaboration, Service Provider, Data Center, or Enterprise Infrastructure)
Experience supporting managed service environments with SLAs and operational metrics.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Cisco DNA Center, Thousand Eyes, Splunk, etc.)
Deep understanding of SD-WAN, or other advanced Cisco architectures
ITIL certification or equivalent experience in IT service management null
