Job Description

Enhance and maintain the client's retirement plan management platform, which integrates with external vendors such as Fidelity and state retirement systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement automation features that streamline processes for consultants and improve overall system efficiency.

Support and optimize workflow processing within an actively used application, ensuring seamless retirement tracking and confirmation.

Facilitate vendor access and interaction with the platform, enabling them to complete workflow steps and verify retiree status.

Participate in exciting, impactful development work that directly supports retirement operations.

Skills and Requirements

5-years of experience with PHP development

Experience working with PHP7+ and JavaScript/jQuery, HTML/CSS

Strong Understanding of SQL and database management systems like Oracle

Self-motivated and adaptable in learning legacy as well as modern technologies

Experience with Linux operating system

Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code

Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical roles

Ability to work independently and as part of a small team providing and seeking input where needed o Experience with Laravel

o Bachelors degree null
