Job Description

Insight Global is urgently seeking a skilled .NET Framework Developer to join a current project for a 3-6 month assignment for a partner within the manufacturing industry. For this assignment, you will be working on a quality project for a homegrown MES platform. This role requires expertise in legacy .NET Framework, with a preference for experience in ASP.NET or AngularJS.

Duration: 3-6 month contract

Start Date: ASAP, on or before August 11th

Languages: C#, SQL / SQL Server

Hosting:

AWS EC2 Instances

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Implementation:

Understand and implement specific requirements related to consumer products.

Develop backend components in C#, including building out tables and correlating stored procedures.

Set up user permission components to control access to various features.

Dashboarding:

Create and mock custom dashboards using ASP.NET and AngularJS.

Backend Development:

Set up and manage SQL databases.

Ensure proper user permissions and access controls.

Pay Rate: hourly pay rate will be determined by the hiring team during the interview process with an expected range of 50-65/hr

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience with legacy .NET Framework (4.7.2 preferred).

Experience within the Manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and/or AngularJS.

Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Expertise in backend development using C# and SQL Server.

Experience with Entity Framework and SQL Server 2017.

Familiarity with AWS EC2 instances.

Ability to understand and implement requirements specific to consumer products.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with Angular UI Bootstrap.

Previous experience working on MES platforms or similar projects. null
