Job Description
Seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to oversee financial operations and reporting for client entities within a dynamic family office environment. This role involves managing accounting systems, ensuring GAAP compliance, and driving strategic financial planning and risk assessment. The ideal candidate will lead operational finance, support business integration, and enhance internal controls and processes. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for cross-functional teamwork and client service excellence.
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced setting, capable of autonomous work, and committed to continuous improvement. Leadership in team development and a growth-oriented mindset are key to success in this role.

Skills and Requirements
8-10 years of Family Office, Financial Services, or Business Management Experience
5+ years of experience in tax preparation and review
CPA, CMA, CSE required
Experience in managing several concurrent projects for family office groups
Comfortable with 5 days in office in LA Prior experience managing a team null
