Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Security Manager to oversee the daily operations of our security team and ensure a safe and secure environment for all staff, visitors, and facilities. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day security activities, including access control, staff support, and scheduling. The Security Manager will also oversee payroll and budgetary constraints, ensuring efficient resource allocation while maintaining high standards of service. A key part of the role involves reviewing and revising security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current regulations and best practices. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and team coordination.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree; open to more experience over degree
3+ years of management
Experience with training principles / coaching
Must get AASS certificate within 6 months of hire date
BLS/CPR Similar industry experience (law enforcement, higher education, healthcare, corrections) null
