Job Description
A fast-growing, innovative company in the Milford, OH area is looking for a Material Handler to join their team. This individual will be joining an exciting team that's revolutionizing the logistics industry through its development of hybrid electric power solutions. This individual will be handling the shipping and receiving of post processed machined parts (radiators, fans, pumps, test equipment, and thermocouples). Given the R&D environment, the materials brought in will be low in volume and wide in variety. Additional responsibilities include receiving inbound orders from Amazon and providing the updates to the procurement team at headquarters. This is a 6-month contract to hire. Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30

Skills and Requirements
-10+ years of experience in shipping & receiving, materials handling, or related in a manufacturing, machining or production environment
-Self-starter
-Knowledge of domestic and international shipping.
-Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
-Strong Excel and data management protocols preferred.
-Able to read blueprints and schematics
-Basic ERP experience with NetSuite preferred. -international shipments
-Creating SOP's
-Knowledge of automotive & transportation supply chain
-Understanding of standard kitting & materials presentation practices. null
