Job Description
A client in the Cincinnati, Ohio area is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to support a major IT rollout. The client prefers someone local to Cincinnati, or within a two hour travel distance. Operating within the transportation industry, the client is preparing to launch approximately 20 IT projects across its field operations and is looking for the right OCM professional to lead change efforts, drive adoption, and ensure a smooth transition across teams.
Drive Strategic Alignment Collaborate with leadership to ensure programs and projects are aligned with project goals and broader organizational strategy.
Establish and Maintain Governance Develop and manage governance frameworks, ensuring accountability, transparency, and consistency across initiatives.
Manage Resource Allocation Assess team capacity and allocate resources effectively to support program execution and meet timelines.
Lead Change Management Efforts Design and implement change strategies that support adoption, engagement, and long-term sustainability across field and HQ teams.
Facilitate Continuous Improvement Monitor program performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement feedback loops to drive learning and refinement.
Navigate Operational Challenges Proactively address timing constraints, data gaps, and leadership misalignment by facilitating communication and bridging field-HQ divides.
Support Measurement and Reporting Work with stakeholders to define success metrics, gather data, and build reporting tools that demonstrate impact and guide decision-making.

Skills and Requirements
5-10 years in PMO or Change Management Leadership rolling out technical/IT projects
Proficiency in PMO tools and methodologies
Change Management Expertise + Cert. (Advanced Stakeholder Mgmt, Change Leadership & Communication)
Strategic & Program Leadership Capabilities (Strategic vision and planning, Program & Portfolio governance)
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills (Team Development, Collaboration and Political Savvy, Conflict Resolution & Negotiation) Bachelors (Required), MBA/MPM (Preferred)
PgMP, PMP, Prosci/CCMP
