Job Description
An employer is looking for a Change Management Consultant to work remotely. The Performance Excellence team is looking for someone to act as an OCM Consultant to strategic, operational, and continuous improvement projects and initiatives which require significant changes for employees in order to be effective. This Consultant is also a strategic, trusted advisor to internal departments and leaders in order to help grow change management capability across the organization and support business strategy. The Consultant also helps support more junior change practitioners through onboarding, training and mentoring. Finally, they own goals and objectives related to the growth of the Change Management Office overall.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years of experience successfully leading multi-disciplined projects + initiatives
Expertise utilizing high-involvement process improvement or change management techniques + tools
Ability to quickly build trust and value-based relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Strong coaching and influencing skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as a part of a team to drive results. null
