What We Want
The Administrative Associate IV is responsible for the maintenance and curation of data within Transportation Services micromobility registration system. This position is also tasked with assigning work requests to the appropriate staff member or student worker in an expeditious manner.

Starting Pay: $18.35/hr

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
+ High school graduation or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Four years of experience in dataset management, ticket management, or general office work.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
+ Knowledge of types of micromobility.
+ Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy in maintaining records and reports.
+ Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software programs.
+ Keyboarding skills.
+ Ability to identify work priorities.
+ Good organization and time management skills.
+ Adept at written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
+ Customer-service oriented.
+ Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ Database management, ticket system management, and record curation experience.
+ Working knowledge of the university layout and building locations/identifiers.
+ Working knowledge of University SAP 24.01.99.M0.01 - Use of Personal Electric Vehicles and other Wheeled Forms of Transportation and Transportation Services micromobility regulations.
+ State of Texas class "C" vehicle driver license or the ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
Responsibilities
+ Curation of Micromobility Registration Dataset- Curates micromobility registration system - Bike Index. Duties will include ensuring that each registrant has a valid, authorized device and has completed all steps to register. Manage automated e-mail lists, send notifications of violations, and curate the overall dataset.
+ Manage Ticket Request System- Perform intake and assignment of work requests as they flow in via Sustainable Transportation ticketing system. Ensure tickets are assigned in an expeditious manner and service requests are fulfilled. Curate tickets to ensure they are addressed and closed.
+ Assist with Registration Efforts and Promotions- Assist with registration efforts and promotions. Assist with registration drives, promotional events which are typically held before and during the start of Fall semesters.
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to lift and/or move moderate to heavy weight objects.
+ Ability to work in all weather conditions.

+ This position is security sensitive.
+ This position requires compliance with state and federal laws/codes and Texas A&M University System/TAMU policies, regulations, rules, and procedures.
+ All tasks and job responsibilities must be performed safely without injury to self or others in compliance with System and University safety requirements.
