    Job Summary:As an LPN on the Behavioral Science Unit, you will:

    + Provide direct care to patients under RN supervision

    + Assist with medication administration and treatment

    + Monitor and document patient status and behavior

    + Support therapeutic interventions in a structured inpatient setting

    + Help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

    Qualifications:

    + Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program

    + Current NYS LPN License (or eligibility to obtain)

    + BLS certification required within 90 days of hire

    + Strong communication, observation, and patient care skills

    Physical Requirements:

    + Must be able to lift, move, and assist patients of varying sizes

    + Frequent standing, walking, and physical activity required
